Celebrity chef Ching-He Huang arrives in Guernsey today to host a gala dinner at China Red in aid of Guernsey Community Savings.
The renowned TV chef and author will also hold a 'Chinese food on a budget' demonstration today for students at the College of Further Education.
Ching has posted on social that she's really looking forward to her first trip to Guernsey and meeting everyone.
